Great view, complimentary cellphone, clean room, helpful staff, convenient location.

Everything was fantastic.

Excellent shower and toilet design with good water pressure. Soundproof windows and big double bed with clean sheets and pillows. Daily bottled drinking water provided. Fast lift access with easy entrance to lift lobby at street level. Surrounded by convenience stores and several good Cantonese and Japanese restaurants.

The hotel offered a complementary smartphone with data, really convenient for navigating the city. The room also had free bottled water, a nice touch. The hotel's location was excellent, with easy access to surrounding districts and transportation options.

The room was quite small, typical for this city. the building itself looked a bit run down.

The staff at Hotel Ease Access Wan Chai were helpful. They were great too ensure my safety and arranged a secure mode of transportation to the airport amidst the protests happening nearby. The value for money was really good, especially considering the discounted rate. The bathroom had a wonderful shower and the room itself was spacious and convenient. I would highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and amenities.

This hotel is a great choice for a bigger group of friends. It is conveniently located close to various MTR stations such as Causeway Bay and Admiralty interchange station, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are nicely decorated in an IKEA style, with a royal bathroom and attentive cleaning staff. The central location provides plenty of shopping opportunities, and the staff is friendly and helpful. it offers good value for money.

The lack of sound buffering in the rooms can be a downside, as noise from neighboring rooms can be quite loud.
